A local housing association is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to enhance safety strategies and compliance across teams in Boston and Grimsby. The successful candidate will engage teams, develop risk assessments, and lead investigations. A minimum of CertIOSH membership and hands-on experience in health and safety are essential. The role offers a competitive salary and an extensive employee wellbeing package.

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to take ownership of our safety strategy and drive continuous improvement across all levels of the organisation.
Location: Agile, Grimsby/ Boston
Salary: £45,492.50
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday- Friday, 37 hours per week
