We’re on the hunt for a confident and capable Senior Fire & Security Engineer who’s ready to step into a hands-on technical/supervisory role. If you thrive in live environments, love delivering top-notch work, and know your way around high-rise developments — keep reading.

The Role

You'll be working on some of London and the South East’s most exciting residential developments—think high-rise new builds and live housing sites. From install to maintenance, you’ll lead the way on fire alarms, evacuation alerts, CCTV, access control and more.

Plus, you'll support junior engineers and help drive quality and safety on-site.

Must-Haves

* 5+ years in Fire & Security Systems

* Skilled in install, service & maintenance (fire, CCTV, access, etc.)

* Experience working in occupied homes & high-rise settings

* Able to supervise others and read drawings/schematics

* Good grip on BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB & BAFE regs

* Solid fault-finding & problem-solving skills

* ECS or CSCS (skilled worker+), SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling

* Full UK driving licence + right to work in the UK

Nice-to-Haves

* IPAF or PASMA

* FIA units or manufacturer-specific training
