This is a hands‑on contract role where you'll ensure smooth month‑end reporting, maintain strong financial control, and provide reliable audit and compliance support.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate month‑end reporting, journals, and reconciliations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and group reporting cycles.
• Act as a key contact for the annual audit, preparing schedules and liaising with auditors.
• Assist with VAT returns, statutory reporting, and financial control improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and variance analysis.
• Support ongoing finance projects and process improvements.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience:

• Qualified or Part‑Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with solid hands‑on experience.
• Strong background in financial and management accounting.
• Confident with forecasting, VAT, and audit processes.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in contract roles or fast‑moving settings is highly desirable.
