In this Senior Finance & Rents Specialist position, you will:

  • Own the full lifecycle of rent and service charge income, taking charge of reconciliations, monitoring arrears, and delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting that informs key decisions.
  • Drive payroll and pensions administration, ensuring seamless, precise operations that support staff and underpin the smooth running of the organisation.
  • Champion accounts payable and receivable, managing commercial income and optimising financial processes to keep operations efficient and effective.
  • Lead bank and system reconciliations, delivering actionable arrears and debt insights and collaborating proactively with recovery partners to safeguard income.
  • Assisting with statutory reporting and audit processes, strengthening internal controls and ensuring the finance function operates with integrity and confidence.
  • Enhance and innovate within financial and housing systems, streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and contributing to continuous organisational improvement.
