Job Description

We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join us. We offer a competitive base salary.

You will support our Financial Controller in delivering top-tier financial support across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading month-end activities and preparing management reports for Board and client presentations
  • Enhancing and maintaining profit and liquidity forecasting processes
  • Partnering with functional leads for insightful departmental reporting
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial challenge and commercial insight
  • Supporting transactional activity and integrating acquisitions into business-as-usual processes
  • Automating finance reporting using Power BI or Microsoft Tableau
  • Reviewing finance processes and controls for relevance and alignment
  • Working with the Senior Management Accountant to maintain ledger and system integrity

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be:

  • Qualified accountants with strong technical and commercial skills
  • Experienced in high-growth environments with process and control development
  • Familiar with corporate, group, JV, and LLP accounting structures
  • Capable of meeting Group deadlines within a large corporate setting
  • Collaborative team leaders with excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong IT and presentation skills
  • Experience in property and real estate sectors preferred, social housing experience is not essential
