You will support the annual executive compensation cycle and work closely with the Rewards Manager on reward package design for senior management. Qualifications

  • HR/Reward experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
  • Be a self-starter and take ownership of work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual cycle of executive compensation activities.
  • Draft papers for Remuneration Committee meetings.
  • Prepare offers and termination agreements for senior roles.

Strong analytical and numerical skills
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
HR/Reward experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
