With an exciting pipeline of large-scale highways schemes in the Midlands, we're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our Birmingham office and make a significant impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Civil Engineering background (Highways or Rail experience is ideal but not essential)
• Experience with a Main Contractor or Consultancy backgrounds will be considered
• Proven estimating expertise across diverse Civils projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. First Principle Estimating - ensuring accurate, competitive pricing
2. Project Analysis - reviewing plans and preparing detailed cost estimates
3. Managing Bid Submissions - delivering compelling proposals
4. Negotiating with Subcontractors - securing the best value
5. Risk Identification - mitigating potential challenges before they arise
