Responsibilities

  • Assess current engineering capabilities and design multi‑year improvement roadmaps.
  • Implement frameworks to strengthen system stability, reliability, and performance metrics.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps, SRE, and automation practices to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Establish quality, testing, and release standards that enhance predictability and reduce defects.
  • Lead cultural and capability‑building programs that foster collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align engineering outcomes with business and regulatory priorities.
  • Guide technology modernization and tool adoption to enhance productivity and maintainability.
Requirements
