As Senior Engineering Manager Functional Safety & Cyber Security you will be the principal authority for safety and security across our electrical and electronic systems. You will lead a team of engineers (plus outsourced partners) to define and embed standards and oversee the full functional safety and cyber security lifecycle. You will bring a background in electrical/electronic system design, integration and testing – ideally from automotive bus, coach, HGV or another complex safety‑critical environment. Strong leadership, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Bonus if you have: Formal certification as a Functional Safety or Cyber Security professional (e.g. TÜV Rheinland), experience with Siemens Polarion and a track record of representing your organisation on cross‑company or industry‑wide initiatives.
