• Proven experience in food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience creating PPM plans and continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to lead and coach a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering activities and support engineers.
• Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
• Create new SOPs and PPM plans for new production lines.
