Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in merchandising or trading within fashion e-commerce or omnichannel retail.
• Ability to confidently interpret trading data.
• Experience managing OTB and stock flow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the seasonal e-commerce trade strategy.
• Lead OTB management and assortment planning.
• Shape category-level merchandising and pricing strategies.
• Manage the online product and launch calendar.
• Define and execute promotional and markdown strategies.
