  • Sales Performance: Own the planning and delivery of regional budgets through campaign activations to ensure KPIs are achieved. Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the site and improve traffic from existing channels to support the current and future strategy.
  • Cross-Function Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing channel leads to identify new growth opportunities across both new and existing customer bases and to improve brand reputation, presence and new customer acquisition while managing Cost of Sale. Work closely with CRO and Tech teams to ensure seamless implementation of new initiatives and customer-facing upgrades.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Ecommerce Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Support and facilitate team development through effective knowledge sharing.

Identify trends and opportunities in user behaviour to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction globally.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key metrics and projects, and present findings to senior management.
  • Customer Focus: Review customer journeys and monitor conversion funnels to ensure a frictionless journey for customers. Review UX and make recommendations for adjustments across web and app platforms and consider competitor journeys while remaining aware of digital tech and retail advances.
