A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to oversee all EC&I and plant integrity on a COMAH site. Qualifications

• Hold a degree or above in Electrical / EC&I or a related subject (essential).
• Have significant experience in a senior engineering position within a COMAH regulated environment.
• Strong leadership background with experience in team development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all EC&I and plant integrity across the site.
• Lead root cause analysis of EC&I failures and drive corrective actions.
• Manage the site maintenance budget and develop long-term maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with COMAH and EHS standards.
