About MiChild at Highfield Nursery

Highfield Nursery, proudly rated “Good” by Ofsted, has a capacity of 51 children and has been part of the MiChild Family since 2020. Situated within Blackpool, close to Blackpool Airport, we have 4 playrooms with a sensory room within our Preschool unit. We are proud of our outdoor areas and have separate baby garden and preschool garden, offering our children and staff boundless learning opportunities to engage in outdoor learning activities where we can become immersed in imaginative play outdoors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
• Demonstrates robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Has experience in leading a room or supervising a team (Desirable)
