• Significant experience managing Early Careers or Graduate programmes within professional services.
• Proven ability to design and deliver strategies that impact business outcomes.
• Knowledge of solicitor qualification pathways and market trends is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overarching Early Careers and Emerging Talent strategy.
• Partner with TA and L&D to design innovative attraction campaigns.
• Oversee the full lifecycle—from attraction and engagement to ongoing development.
• Implement performance metrics and use analytics to measure impact.
