Seeking a Corporate Tax solicitor with a high level of technical knowledge and significant experience of corporate transactional work.

Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer - choice of various office locations (Cambridge, Norwich, Milton Keynes or Northampton) with hybrid working.

A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm.

Role

• Working with a range of clients including owner-managed businesses, companies, LLPs, and partnerships, as well as high net worth individuals, trusts and some charities
• Work will include corporate sales and restructurings, business investment and property transactions as well as advice on employee benefits

You

• A Corporate Tax Lawyer with a high level of technical knowledge and significant experience of corporate transactional work. Our client is open to considering lawyers of varying levels of PQE
• Experience of employee benefits, VAT and/or SDLT will be an advantage
• CTA qualified
• You will be able to prioritise workload, working to tight deadlines, and be comfortable providing expertise across wider teams
