• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead on M&As, PE backed deals, IPOs, and Shareholder agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to Corporate matters.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents.
