Overview

As part of an ambitious department, you will advise business owners, corporates, and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate law matters spanning across various sectors. You will manage your own caseload, gain exposure to complex transactions at an early stage by supporting senior team members, and actively engage in business development to grow both your own and the firm’s network.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with support from senior team members on complex corporate and commercial matters.
• Assist on complex transactions at an early stage.
• Engage in business development to grow your network with clients and referral sources.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues through a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Corporate and Commercial background in a well-regarded law firm.
• 5+ years PQE (progression depending on candidate).
• Demonstrated ability to offer advice that achieves the best result for the client.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to develop client and team relationships.
