Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Manager - Fire Projects to work with one of our Housing Association clients in West London.

What you will need

• Experienced working within Fire Remedial projects
• Experienced in delivering successful results from negotiations with partners such as consultants or contractors.
• Experience in managing and motivating external multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrable pro-active management skills and ability to maintain an excellent working relationship with key stakeholders
• Understanding of the issues involved in fire safety, building safety cases and remediation projects and experienced in the management of the delivery of remediation programme from commencement to completion.
