They are offering a Non‑Contentious Construction Senior Solicitor (circa 5 PQE) exposure to top quality construction work, whilst working alongside leading partners and dealing with diverse and interesting clientele.

The Role

You will join a close‑knit and high‑performing Construction team as a Senior Associate in the firm’s West End office. This role will be focussed on non‑contentious work, while playing a vital role in the team’s long‑term growth. This opportunity acts as a springboard for progression, with genuine near‑term partnership prospects and the support to become a leading name in the Construction space. Their client base includes developers, banks, contractors, specialist sub‑contractors, consultants, and end‑users. The team’s expertise embraces all aspects of a construction project, from inception to completion. They have large contractor, developer and banking client base which requires specialist construction and procurement advice. The construction team works closely with the real‑estate development and real‑estate finance teams in order to provide clients with a seamless and joined‑up service. You can expect a salary at the upper end of the market, and an attractive benefits package.
