Qualifications

• Experience working on new build construction projects in Education, Healthcare, or Commercial sectors.
• MCIOB qualification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards the management of bid and project planning.
• Assist in preparation of method statements.
• Manage delivery of associated programmes.
• Produce internal and external progress reports.
• Implement project risk management plan.
• Prepare site organisation and logistics plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Skills

Experience on live projects

Knowledge of ASTA PowerProject

Knowledge of Primavera

Understanding of NEC contracts

Education

HNC/Degree in a construction related subject
