Location: Manchester - Fountain Street

Salary: £73,267 to £77,123 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Hours: 36 hours per week

We're looking for a Senior Construction Delivery Manager to join us in the North.

We'll look to you to deliver multiple complex projects within current development programmes already in delivery in the pipeline including defect period. This is an integral role in the Development Delivery Team where you'll understand and manage the complexities and the processes of HRB projects and the implementation from conception through to completion.

You'll lead a medium- to large-sized project team; define the project vision, communicate the necessary outcomes, and provide guidance to achieve these outcomes.

You'll also be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of projects using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.

We're looking for a proven leader and strong communicator with experience of multi storey developments. You\'ll also need demonstrable experience in the delivery and understanding of HRB projects, delivery of complex apartment schemes and complex JV schemes.

If you have proven experience within a housing development organisation, paired with a thorough knowledge of the development and construction process from inception and feasibility through to completion, handover and operation, we'd love to hear from you!
