What You'll Do

• Lead community engagement and moderation across Bybit’s European community channels including Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, and Reddit
• Build and execute strategies to drive community growth and engagement across key European markets
• Plan and execute localized online campaigns, community events, and educational initiatives tailored to European crypto users
• Manage and coordinate Bybit’s European ambassador program, identifying and supporting community leaders across different countries
• Record and address member complaints, concerns, and technical issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
• Support and nurture local Bybit communities across different European countries and regions
• Collaborate with local influencers, crypto communities, and strategic partners to expand Bybit’s presence in European markets
• Organize virtual and in‑person meetups, trading competitions, and educational webinars for European communities
• Collect user feedback, improvement proposals, and regional insights to inform product and marketing strategies
• Monitor European crypto trends, regulatory developments (including MiCA compliance), and competitive landscape
• Serve as the voice of European users to internal teams, ensuring regional needs and regulatory requirements are represented
• Stay informed about evolving EU cryptocurrency regulations and ensure community communications align with compliance standards

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management, preferably in fintech, crypto, or tech sectors
• Strong cryptocurrency and crypto trading knowledge with genuine passion for blockchain technology
• Deep understanding of European crypto markets, regulatory landscape (MiCA, national frameworks), and digital finance ecosystem
• Proficiency with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other social media platforms popular in Europe
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, or other
• European languages is highly advantageous |
• Willingness to work flexible hours to cover different European time zones.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and conflict management experience in diverse, multicultural European environments
• Experience with social media analytics and community growth metrics
• Understanding of European cultural nuances and regional market differences
• Self‑motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and strong cross‑cultural communication skills
• Awareness of European data protection regulations (GDPR) and compliance requirements
