• Qualified commercial property solicitor with over 5 years of PQE.
• Able to handle a full spectrum of commercial property work independently.
• Experience in generating new work and maintaining referrer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases, and renewals.
• Ensure file compliance in line with Lexcel and SRA standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues as needed.
