Overview

Senior Commercial Manager - Central Government

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting a client within Central Government who is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for an initial 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Location: London | Hybrid Working

The ideal candidate will hold an active SC clearance and have a solid background in Commercial Management, with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in end-to-end sourcing/procurement within the public sector.
  • Knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and related regulations.
  • Experience in delivering complex overseas Facilities Management (FM) procurement's and conducting contract negotiations.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial/procurement processes, from strategy development to contract award, specifically within the Defence or Central Government sectors.
  • Experience with e-procurement tools such as Jaggaer
  • Professional certifications in CIPS, IACCM, or similar commercial/procurement qualifications.
