This role is perfect for an experienced Cradle to Grave Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to elevate their career by managing complex and innovative Data Centre projects in mainland Europe.

Senior Commercial Lead Responsibilities
  • Oversee and review the commercial performance of projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of CCS reporting.
  • Drive projects to deliver the best value solutions, on time and within budget.
  • Manage the commercial control of your allocated division.
  • Lead the collation, review, and management of actions arising from monthly cost reviews.
  • Support and develop your commercial team, fostering continuous improvement and technical growth.
  • Ensure projects are closed out to the company’s best commercial advantage.
  • Regularly review and improve business processes and working practices.
Senior Commercial Lead Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Ideally, MEP/CSA Package experience working with a Main Contractor or recognisable specialist engineering contractor
  • 8+ years of experience in a Commercial Manager role, ideally on large, fast-paced projects.
  • Mission-critical project experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing commercial teams.
