Qualifications

• Must be a registered UK Pharmacist (GPhC).
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent preferred.
• Substantial experience working in a hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the pharmaceutical service for clinical trials.
• Assist in the setup and delivery of clinical trials.
• Coordinate clinical trials ensuring compliance with regulations.

Skills

Experience in hospital pharmacy

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Strong communication skills

Education

Pharmacy degree

Registered UK Pharmacist (GPhC)

Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent

Accredited Membership of RPS

Management/Leadership qualification relevant to the NHS
