Duties: Treatment Room Duties and Chronic Disease Reviews, We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care, supporting clinical practice, and contributing to both the professional development of team members and the operational effectiveness of our services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in nursing and practice nursing, with a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare and improving patient outcomes while promoting an inclusive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced clinical nursing care to patients of all ages, ensuring a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Support the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Act as a mentor and clinical leader to less experienced nurses and team members, providing education, support, and supervision when needed.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostics, and interventions within the scope of practice and local health regulations.
  • Manage and lead health promotion, disease prevention, and risk assessment initiatives for diverse populations.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, families, and carers to ensure quality and continuity of care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Promote equality and diversity in healthcare services, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects cultural, socioeconomic, and individual differences.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records and prepare clinical performance reports as required.
  • Perform patient consultations, including chronic disease reviews, acute illness care, and health maintenance appointments.

Qualifications
