Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) has received funding for further development of the Virtual Health Hub, including the virtual wards following the success of COVID virtual wards. The role will support the managing and embedding of lessons learned through the COVID‑19 pandemic across the region by upscaling Hampshire virtual care regionally to deliver sustainable transformation at ICP level.
