The Role : 12-Month Contract Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Success Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract to work with major travel and brand advertisers in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment. You will play a critical role through hands-on management of European advertiser campaigns while developing and maintaining partner relationships and team culture.

This is a contract role intended to cover a maternity leave, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a high-impact contribution over a 12-month period. As we are a growing business, there may be further opportunity for extension or transition to a permanent role depending on business needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Coordinate pre-sale activities and work with Sales during the RFP process
  • Coordinate with AdOps to project manage multi channel campaign setups across programmatic Display, Video, Meta, YouTube and CTV channels, as well as Sojern’s self service curated Traveler Audiences.
  • Continuously monitor campaign delivery, analyzing performance against key KPIs and secondary metrics.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure the client's KPIs, goals, and objectives are met.
Client Relationship & Growth
  • Lead the day-to-day, post-sales relationship with a portfolio of European digital advertising clients.
  • Take ownership of your book of business to drive relationships leading to renewals and upsells.
Reporting & Administration
  • Build post-campaign analysis and review reports, using a combination of campaign reporting, travel insights and ad hoc data analysis.
  • Present campaign results, insights, and Business Reviews to clients on a regular basis, encouraging renewal to develop partnerships
  • Coordinate billing for clients on a monthly basis.
Internal Collaboration
  • Partner closely with internal teams on day-to-day operational processes and larger, high-impact strategic improvements.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years overall experience, with at least 2 years in digital and programmatic advertising and / or the travel vertical.
  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Salesforce, GSuite, and Office products.
  • Experience working in a DSP (Microsoft Invest, DV360, TTD) is an advantage.
  • French, Italian or Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients & campaigns on any given day.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry.
  • Must be flexible in working with global clients.
  • Travel required – up to 20%.
