We are looking for a STL Senior Engineer to join our Skanska Technology team in

What you’ll do:
  • Apply sound engineering principles and produce designs to relevant standards.
  • Prepare clear calculations, reports, drawings, and deliverables.
  • Use BIM-led workflows and tools like STAAD Pro, FEM/Autodesk Robot.
  • Plan and implement projects to meet time and cost targets.
  • Organise tasks, people, and resources; prepare and control budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Provide technical training and mentoring; brief and coordinate team members.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and supply chain to define objectives and build strong relationships.
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong motivation and people-management skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Eurocodes and UK codes; able to mentor others.
  • Willing to work at other UK offices or client sites short-term.
  • Able to attend site and agree buildable solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Hold a UK/EEC driving licence.
