What You’ll Do
  • Lead civil design delivery across multiple projects, hitting cost, schedule, and quality targets
  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering technical growth and BIM integration
  • Design infrastructure solutions including earthworks, drainage, pavement design, and 3D underground service coordination
  • Review subcontractor and supplier drawings for compliance and precision
  • Champion innovation and sustainability in every solution
  • Represent BakerHicks in client meetings and site visits, showcasing our expertise
  • Drive best practices in design and project delivery
What You’ll Bring
  • HNC / HND or degree in Civil Engineering
  • Chartered or working towards ICE Chartership
  • Proven experience in infrastructure design and coordination
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage
  • Strong grasp of drainage network design, flood risk assessment, and SuDS
  • Collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary team experience
  • Ability to mentor, review, and problem-solve with confidence
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainable design
