Overview

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects, where you'll play a key role in delivering innovative engineering solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Leading projects to meet time, cost and quality targets.
  • Preparing and reviewing detailed technical designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InfoDrainage.
  • Managing internal and external design consultants as part of coordinated project teams.
  • Carrying out site inspections to monitor progress, health & safety, and quality standards.
  • Approving technical calculations, reports, and documentation for planning, tender and construction stages.
  • Supporting client account management and long-term relationship building.
  • Managing project finances, including fee projections and invoicing.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
About You
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Progressing towards or already achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng/MICE) status.
  • Strong technical design background, with experience across a range of civil engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, motivate and lead others.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
