Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with complex health needs.
  • Minimum of 1 year working with children in settings like nursery or respite service.
  • Ability to learn theoretical and practical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to children with complex health needs.
  • Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Administer medication and manage clinical equipment.

Skills

NVQ 3 in health or social care
Understanding care impact for children
Excellent communication skills
Ability to relate to children
