A leading luxury elderly care provider is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the Care team and ensure high standards of personal care. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' wellbeing, contributing to care planning, and supporting staff development. Candidates should have NVQ 3 or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in care. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £15.50 to £15.75 per hour.

Senior Care Assistant (Wellness) at Avery Healthcare focuses on supporting the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care and to provide a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring residents wellbeing, contributing to person-centred care planning, supporting residents with medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
