A local government council in the UK is looking for a part-time Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality care for older people. Applicants must hold an NVQ level 2 in health and social care with a willingness to complete level 3. This role involves leading and motivating a team to ensure excellent care delivery. You will join a committed team supporting seniors across multiple facilities. The salary ranges from £25,185 to £25,989 per annum, fixed-term until April 2026, and comes with various employee benefits.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.
Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
