If you’ve got care experience and have previously helped to supervise a team, this could be the perfect role for you. You should also have a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or a commitment to undertake further training and development relevant to the post.

Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing:

• Working alongside the Deputy Manager, supervising and supporting your team so they’re confident and skilled in every part of their role.
• Supporting residents with a range of personal care needs, while making sure dignity, respect and privacy are always maintained.
• Ensuring every resident has a comprehensive and up-to-date care plan that reflects their needs.
• Dispensing medication with accuracy and care, keeping detailed records as you go.
