A leading elderly care provider in Wolverhampton is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the Care team in delivering high-quality personal care. This role involves monitoring resident wellbeing, assisting with medication, and providing staff support. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent, have 2 years of experience in a care setting, and possess strong communication skills. As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will support the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development where required.
