This is a role for a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves supporting the care team in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents, ensuring their wellbeing and safety, and providing a nurturing and inclusive environment.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be to support the care team in providing exceptional personal care to residents, monitoring their wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting residents with medication, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. You will also be involved in staff supervision and development, and contribute to maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all.
