A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join their team. You will lead a group of Care Assistants and ensure the highest standards of care for residents, focusing on personalized support and engagement. Applicants should hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent, with a strong background in dementia care. Essential: Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent; willingness to work towards Level 3; experience with person-centred care planning and dementia care; positive energy and strong interpersonal skills; good record-keeping and time management.
Desirable: Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent; additional related qualifications in Health & Social Care.
