A leading civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to join their procurement team. This is a pivotal role for a proactive professional who can manage the end-to-end sourcing of materials and services, negotiate with suppliers, and support the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement activities across multiple projects, from tendering and supplier selection to contract management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide procurement support that aligns with project schedules.
  • Monitor budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Requirements
