About You
  • Solid understanding of complex business operations processes such as HR, procurement, financial processes acquired through relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders professionally.
  • Experience interpreting policies and procedures, providing routine advice and guidance.
  • Commitment to good practice in following process/procedure and complying with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, actively addressing potential bias.
  • Solutions- and quality-focused with strong planning, analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and familiarity with data compliance requirements and good practice.
  • Managing competing priorities and working under pressure in a busy environment with minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and email/internet.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in higher education sector and/or medical/clinical environment with detailed knowledge of regulatory, policy and procedural context.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes/policy and prior HR office administration experience including managing recruitment campaigns.
  • Evidence of active commitment to career development, applying learning to the work context.
  • Business operations/business administration qualification and ongoing professional development relevant to the post.
