Global, award-winning events business seeks a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join their fast-growing event team, selling bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to global clients.

The Senior Business Development Manager role focuses on selling sponsorship and exhibition packages across our client's range of industry-leading global B2B conferences, which sit within a highly lucrative market.

The position will also involve some international travel to global events and client meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B events - must have strong expo experience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving excellent revenue results
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Highly organized, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals
  • High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly consultative sales approach
  • Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach — a true team player committed to collective success
