Senior Business Analyst x5 – Public Sector Transformation

UK Wide – 1or 2 monthly travel to client site

Security Clearance Required (SC eligible)

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing, client–focused consultancy team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative IT solutions, working closely with clients to solve complex problems, and guiding them towards impactful, lasting change.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead both in–person and virtual client workshops, managing stakeholders with differing priorities to agree clear, actionable requirements.
• Apply an evidence–based approach, using data to inform decisions and constructively challenge where necessary.
• Work with ambiguity, bringing clarity and simplifying complexity.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and UX Designers to deliver end–to–end solutions that meet client needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation (including Generative AI), and contribute to winning new work.
• Lead Business Analysis on complex projects, often under pressure, while role–modelling professional excellence.
• Mentor and manage other Business Analysts, supporting their growth and development.

What You\'ll Bring

• Extensive experience in user–centred product or service development.
• Strong background in technical environments, working alongside solution architects and other technical experts.
• A track record of identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Experience in Public Sector projects or other highly regulated industries (Utilities, Energy, Pharmaceuticals).
• A sustainability mindset and the ability to embed it into solutions.
