Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for complex, global data transformation and technology programmes.
• Gather, document, and validate business, data, and functional requirements across multiple regions.
• Work closely with finance and other business functions to understand data needs, processes, and integration points.
• Map, analyse, and streamline data workflows to improve quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.
• Manage backlogs, change requests, and dependencies using structured governance frameworks.
• Support programme planning, reporting, and risk management (RAIDDs).
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined and translated into scalable, enterprise-wide data solutions.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale data transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data lakes, data governance, and analytics within enterprise environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based data solutions (e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP) and associated technologies such as Data Lakes or Databricks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging global business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with a methodical, detail-oriented approach to delivery.
• Experience in finance, professional services, or similarly complex data environments is advantageous.
