Job description

As Senior Business Analyst you will help Crisis transform its supporter experience by supporting the delivery of our data workstream, enabling the transition to a new Modern Data Platform alongside migration to Microsoft Dynamics.

To be successful in this role you will have experience working with data, mapping out data flows and processes, and you will possess working knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses, as well as a strong understanding of data governance and policies. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to fully understand and document requirements. You should be able to work quickly, efficiently and methodically, and be a team player confident in bringing your expertise to the wider project team. Ideally, you will hold the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or a comparable qualification or experience.
