Senior Business Analyst

Full-Time (37 Hours)

Salary Scale: £45,000-£50,000pa

Responsibilities

Choice is seeking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Transformation Team. You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, facilitating strong business engagement to drive innovation and success. You will bridge the gap between technology and our business objectives, ensuring that our digital solutions meet the evolving needs of our organisation. Your ability to understand and align digital strategies with the broader business landscape will be pivotal as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, listen to stakeholders, and advocate for the effective use of digital tools. With a keen eye for opportunity, you will inspire our teams to fully harness the power of technology, foster creativity, and maximise the value of our digital investments. Your dedication to business engagement will enable us to stay agile, competitive, and responsive to the ever-changing digital landscape.

Essential criteria
  • At least 3 years’ experience of working in a BA role
