• Experienced Building Surveyor with project management experience.
• Track record of successful delivery of capital projects.
• Knowledge in Landlord & Tenant law and planned preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identification, planning, and management of property repairs.
• Accountable for all repairs and project works compliance.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
