Are you a confident and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who can bring a wide range of skills within the Building Surveying world?

The Senior Building Surveyor role will be hybrid.

With expertise in the Commercial Property arena, this giant of a Real Estate practice based by Regents Park, wants forward-thinking, self-motivated and technical Senior Building Surveyors in their team.

Additionally, they work in CAT A&B fit out projects, retail, leisure and education, meaning the Senior Building Surveyor will be providing a full spectrum of construction consultancy services.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys and project management on a variety of projects.

The Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting Directors and assisting in managing projects in commercial properties.
