Are you a dynamic, creative and progressive marketer, a strong marketing all-rounder with a wealth of experience in leading the brand development of premium drinks brands in UK and International markets?

Our client is a respected and innovative premium spirits business with an enviable portfolio of exceptional brands. We are searching for an exceptional Senior Brand Manager to lead a team of marketers in delivering cutting‑edge consumer brand experiences.

As Senior Brand Manager, your role will focus on building meaningful consumer relationships with a range of premium brands by having consumer insight at the heart of all your decisions. You will have overall responsibility for the strategic development and will lead the development of integrated and innovative programmes, through advocacy and brand marketing channels. The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction and activate in the market by directing & motivating your team to achieve agreed consumer & commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the strategic plans & integrated brand plans across the brand portfolio.
  • Work in collaboration with brand stakeholders to optimise strategies for key markets
  • To effectively lead and develop the capability of your talented team.
  • To deliver strong commercial success and consumer engagement on designated brands.
  • Work with the Brand Development Manager to support and execute the global advocacy strategy, driving brand awareness, education, and loyalty through thought leadership, events, and trade engagement.
  • Develop scalable advocacy programs that maintain authenticity while allowing for localisation by market.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, PR, experiential, and partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Production, NPD, and Creative to ensure alignment and delivery.
Key skills / requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand management, ideally within premium spirits, drinks, or luxury FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing and growing global brands with a strategic and creative mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams across advocacy, marketing, and communications.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate brand strategy into tangible business results.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment with a hands‑on, proactive approach.
  • Educated to degree level.
